Jeff Baum, founder and president of the Adapt-Able Design Group, is one of the foremost industry experts on accessibility issues and barrier-free design. With his team of consultants, designers, architects, project managers and trades people, Jeff will ensure that your transition to a fully accessible home or office is done seamlessly.

Having spent his entire career working in this field, Jeff has extensive knowledge of the legal and insurance requirements needed to work with you and your medical, legal and insurance team. He is involved in all aspects of the business, has testified in numerous cases, and is accepted as an expert witness with the Financial Services Commission of Ontario and the Ontario Superior Court.

David joined the Adapt-Able Design Group in 1998, bringing a thorough knowledge in rehabilitation case management. He is involved in all aspects of the business. Previously, he worked for a private sector rehabilitation firm as their Serious Injury Specialist. David was also the Program Manager/Senior Case Manager with the Canadian Paraplegic Association at Ontario’s premier spinal cord injury rehabilitation hospital. One of David’s many strengths is his experience working on a long-term basis with hundreds of clients. He understands how home modifications and accessibility products can help people maximize their independence. David is a speaker/educator on accessibility trends, techniques and methods, and has testified as an expert witness.

Noula is a member of the senior management team.  She is involved in corporate strategy, business development and all major financial matters for the Adapt-Able Design Group.

Carlos joined the Adapt-Able Design Group in 1999. He is a Registered Architectural Technologist and an Ontario Building Code registered designer who oversees many construction projects. Carlos works with all parties and follows up with the family to ensure that the design works as planned.

For over a decade as Senior Architectural Technologist, Anthony has designed numerous projects and works with our clients to ensure a successful outcome. Clients appreciate his friendly, professional nature and his willingness to go the extra mile.

A vital member of the Adapt-Able Design Group team, Selwyn is a project manager involved in all of the construction projects throughout Ontario. He is responsible for liaising with clients. He oversees and co-ordinates both large and small scale construction projects.

Roberta assists in business development and customer service. She works directly with the project managers and architectural technologists. She is responsible for client follow-up and responds to customer inquiries.

Tali is in charge of media and communications for the Adapt-Able Design Group. With an MBA, she’s well qualified to support the needs of our clients and business partners.

Ileana joined the Adapt-Able Design Group in 2005. She handles new client referrals including the preparation of relevant documents to effectively obtain necessary approvals. To ensure projects meet schedules and deadlines, Ileana remains in contact with each client’s medical team.

Prior to working with us as a Home Accessibility Consultant, Jeff worked for a major regional hospital. His expertise is invaluable in understanding the needs of our clients. Jeff’s responsibilities include preparing various reports to assist all parties in determining housing options.

Jodi is responsible for liaising with our clients and their medical teams to ensure all their needs are met. She also works closely with our architectural technicians in producing the technical housing reports.
